Our return and exchange policy is only applicable for defective or damaged item that are caused by our side and we do not provide refunds.

You can only change the defective item for another product within 5 working days after receiving the goods (for both local and international orders) provided that it is in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.

However, customers are advised to notify us at order@mawlana.my (email) or at 6018-2806639 (WhatsApp) by quoting the order number and product details before proceeding with shipment for exchange.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or prices are non-returnable. Accessories including bags and scarves are non-returnable too.
